Is my investment protected?

You may not need a warranty on that toaster you just bought, but your ebike is a major investment and you want to be protected. Ask about the base warranty on different models and extended warranty options as well. 

Am I buying my ebike at the right store?

Service counts as much as product quality when buying an ebike. These are special machines and they require specialized knowledge. Make sure you buy from a retailer that knows ebikes and unfortunately, buying from larger stores that sell any and every bike means that you often will be left with more answers than questions.

Am I getting value?

There are some relatively affordable ebikes out there, but you also get what you pay for. Ask any expert, they will tell you that the difference between a $,1000 ebike and a $2,500 ebike is night and day. Make sure you are not just focused on price when making a decision.
