I walked in and the staff (didn't get his name). They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Completely forthcoming responses to all my questions. The total opposite of a pushy salesperson.

Great experience at Steele, very friendly staff, Ron was excellent and put together a fair deal. Would definitely recommend it. They are now selling Ducati, great to see such an iconic brand on the South Shore.

Thanks guys for the hard work, bike runs good as new. needed a new front break part warranty covered it, best place i ever seen for on the spot repairs, drove it in and in no time he was done with the repair once again thanks looking forward to enjoying the summer. love my e-bike
